What will I be billed for?

There are two types of charge for FusionReactor Cloud: Reserved instances and on-demand usage. For each reservation, you get 750 hours (one month) of usage for an instance. Any hourly usage over your reserved number of hours will be charged on-demand, per hour.

How is my hourly usage calculated?

A billable hour is every hour in which a unique host sends data to FusionReactor Cloud.

How is a host defined?

A host can consist of a number of instances with the same host name (subject to our fair-use policy).

When will I be billed?

You will be charged for your reserved instances at the start of each month of your subscription, and for any on-demand usage at the end of your billing month.

Can I use a reservation with multiple instances?

Yes, your reserved hours can be spread across multiple instances. For example, you can purchase one reserved instance and have 3 hosts online for 250 hours in each month.

Will my subscription automatically renew?

Yes, your subscription will automatically renew at the start of each billing month. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, you can continue using FusionReactor Cloud until the end of your billing period. You will still be charged for any on-demand usage at the end of this final billing period.

Can I change my subscription?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan and number of reservations at any time. Upgrades to your subscription will take place immediately. Downgrades to your subscription will take place at the end of the billing period.

Can I close my account?

Yes, you can close your account from within your account settings. NOTE: You will still be charged until the end of your billing period. You will no longer be able to use your FusionReactor license. Your account will be permanently deleted.
